Hotel Copper & Co
Find here al practical information regarding your stay at Hotel Copper in Middelburg.
Front desk
Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. our host or hostess will be waiting for you at the reception desk.
Outside of these hours (until 11 p.m.) you can reach us by phone, you will be connected to an employee of our colleague hotel Cityhotel Wood in Middelburg. In case of an emergency you can also reach us at night, via the main number. You will then be forwarded to the emergency room.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can also contact us here and we will do everything in our power to make things better. Of course you can also send an e-mail to info@hotelcopper.nl.
Check in and check out
You can stay in your room from 15:00 PM. At 11:00 at the latest we ask you to check out.
On the day of arrival you will receive an email from us with instructions for self-check-in. At the rear of the property there is an intercom, which will bring you in touch with one of our hosts, who will guide you remotely when entering the property and explain where the self-check-in kiosk is located.
Breakfast
At Hotel Copper & Co it is possible to enjoy a delicious & fresh breakfast from The Juice Bar every morning, so you can start the day well. Did you book your stay without breakfast? For € 18.50 per person per day, breakfast will be lovingly prepared for you.
Do you have special dietary and/or allergy requirements for breakfast? This is no problem!

Bicycles
Would you like to rent bicycles or eBikes during your stay? This is possible with our colleagues in Cityhotel Wood! Do you bring your own bicycles? We do not have our own parking facility, but you can park your bicycle in one of the bicycle racks next to the hotel. The station is within walking distance, where you can also park your bicycle in a covered area.

Fun fact: booking through our own website is at least 10% cheaper per night than through an online booking agent. Keep an eye out on our newsletter for offers, promotions and discount codes.

Room type Copper & Family can be booked for 4 persons, these rooms have a connecting door and therefore offer enough privacy when you travel with older children for example.
Extra bed
It is not possible to add an extra (folding) bed. A cot (0-3 years old) can be placed in the room upon reservation. You can contact the front desk for pricing and options.
Accessibility
Housekeeping
Our box springs are made with a double topper and bedding. We do not have single bedding.
Parking
Covered parking is available in the garage of the Zeeuwse Bibliotheek (maximum of 2 hours) or in parking garage Kousteensedijk. Within walking distance is a Last Mile Solutions Charging Station, with six chargers for electric cars. Coming by train? Middelburg train station is just around the corner.
If you are traveling by truck or coach bus, we recommend parking at the Loskade. You will find the Loskade in about 5 minutes walking distance.
On Sundays parking in Middelburg is for free.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Copper & Co Hotel.
Non smoking hotel
Hotel Copper & Co is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is also not allowed in the courtyard and (if present) the terraces / balcony's of the rooms.
Climate control
The temperature in the entire building
is centrally controlled via a sustainable
heat pump, whereby the outside
temperature is leading. In case of warm
weather you can adjust the temperature
in the room by cooling and in case
of cold weather you can adjust the
temperature in the room by heating. To
do this, use the white control panel on
the wall. Keep in mind that the central
system determines whether cooling or
heating is possible.

Payments
We only accept contactless payments with the major bank cards and credit cards (Maestro, VPay, Visa, MasterCard and AmEx). For your reservation, we ask for a full online prepayment at the time of making the booking. Cash payment is not possible
Whirlpool
Are you staying in a room with a whirlpool?
Against the tile wall you will find two rotary knobs:
- By using the right rotary knob you can switch the water flow on and off.
- By using left rotary knob you can regulate the temperature of the water.
To use the bubble function, first fill the bath well. When it has reached the right level, you can switch on the bubble- and light function by using the two round (flat) push buttons on the edge of the bath. Does this not work yet? Then first fill the bath a little more and try it again.
